Grand ESOL Reunion. A Ruth Hayman Trust event
You are invited to Grand ESOL Reunion. A Ruth Hayman Trust event
Tuesday 24 November 6.30-9.00pm
Southwark College
Waterloo Centre, The Cut, London SE1 8LE
We hope people involved in ESOL from the early days in the 70s and 80s, and those involved in later times, and from all around the country will be there. We will remember the pioneering days, meet old friends, talk about the changes, and find out about what’s happening now in the field, while raising money for NATECLA’s own charity, the Ruth Hayman Trust.
So meet old friends and new, celebrate our history and raise money for the charity.
For more information about the charity, which raises about £15000 each year to give to second languages learners in ACE/ FE and HE to help them pay for their studies, see www.ruthhaymantrust.com

Ruth Hayman was key to the development of ESOL. Our reunion pays tribute to her legacy and the people who, over the last 40 years, have built ESOL into what it is today supporting learners from beginners to professional, vocational and academic levels.
