About the webinar: Discussing difficult topics with learners

This webinar will focus on creating a safe space for open communication within the ESOL classroom.

Topics such as consent, harassment, boundaries, race, culture, sexual orientation, and other challenging topics can arise spontaneously in class discussions. How we guide these discussions as teachers within the safe space of our classrooms can influence how beneficial the conversations are to our learning outcomes, the impact they have on the dynamics of the class.
