This interactive webinar will explore how it feels to be a ‘basic’ literacy learner and provide an introduction to the brand new, online ‘Teaching ESOL Literacy Learners (TELLs) course’ developed by Learning Unlimited. The session will give you a taste of the kind of activities on the course and review some of the key strategies and approaches used with ESOL literacy learners. You will have an opportunity to discuss the challenges – and opportunities – of working with these learners and share your ideas with colleagues.
