A Teachmeet is a series of short, 3 minute informal presentations where ESOL tutors share their most effective teaching ideas and get some great ideas from other delegates.
Taking part in the Trinity Teachmeet session is a great way of building confidence at presenting in front of your peers. It is a perfect CPD opportunity which can be a good stepping stone to delivering a workshop at a conference (whether at branch or national level).
Want to be involved?
Taking part in this year's Trinity Teachmeet is as easy as 1-2-3
- Think of your best activity / idea to encourage ESOL learners or effective tips and tricks to assist your fellow ESOL practitioners
- Include a title and brief overview of your proposed presentation when you book your ticket for the conference. Or email lisa@natecla.org.uk with your proposal after you've secured your ticket.
- We will let you know at the end of May if you will be presenting at the event.
