NATECLA´s New Course: Bridge to ESOL

We're delighted to launch Bridge to ESOL, our new accredited online course designed to support English language teachers making the transition into ESOL.

Accredited by theAssociation for Accredited Learning, this eight-unit blended online course combines live Zoom sessions with flexible asynchronous self-study.

Led by experienced ESOL specialists, participants will explore the key differences between EFL and ESOL while developing practical skills in inclusive teaching, lesson planning, assessment, literacy support and working with diverse learner needs.

Whether you're taking your first steps into ESOL or looking to build your confidence in this rewarding sector, Bridge to ESOL provides the knowledge, resources and support to help you succeed.

Visit the Bridge to ESOL course page for full details, course dates, fees and booking information.

⏳ Places are limited, and they're already being booked. This first cohort is deliberately small, so if you've been waiting for this, now is the time to secure your spot!

A special opportunity: the Trinity Award 🌟

Thanks to the support of Trinity, we're able to offer three funded places on this course through the Trinity Award. These are open to any NATECLA member, including staff at member organisations, who finds it difficult to access training and qualifications, whether because of family commitments, financial challenges or other barriers.

If that might be you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply for a funded place here.

📅 Deadline: Before Friday 11th September.
