Annual Conference 2027: Call for proposals

THE conference for ESOL practitioners in the UK and Ireland

NATECLA is now inviting ESOL practitioners from across the UK, Ireland and beyond to submit proposals for our Annual Conference 2027:

  • DATE: Friday 25th to Saturday 26th June 2027

  • LOCATION: Conference Aston, Aston University, Birmingham, B4 7ET

Perhaps you have never presented at a conference before, or maybe you’re a seasoned conference pro. Whatever your level of training experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Submit your short proposal and bio before Friday 15th January 2027 for your chance to be selected.

Themes for workshops

Your workshop should appeal to ESOL teachers, managers, volunteers and other related professionals who are practising in the UK and Ireland. Here are some suggestions of suitable topics to get your creative juices flowing!
