Request for quotations: NATECLA projects
REQUEST FOR QUOTE: National Centre Services
NATECLA is a charity member association for ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teachers and community.
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to support NATECLA National Centre for the following areas of our work. We envisage these projects being carried out at different points of the year.
Project 1, Social Media and Marketing: immediate need, maybe one day/week
Use of a design programme such as Canva.
Creation of design-lead social media posts, in keeping with the NATECLA brand, to promote events, training, membership benefits and other activity.
Regular monitoring of the organisation’s LinkedIn and any future social media accounts.
Posting of NATECLA activity on LinkedIn and responding to related engagements.
Running low-level campaigns to collect content from members for use on social media.
Design of hard copy publicity materials such as flyers and leaflets to promote membership and events.
Design of event materials such as signage using a design programme e.g. Canva.
Project 2, Website:
Investigate the development of a resource hub section of the site where members can access teaching-related content
Management and maintenance of the hub with support from designated volunteers.
Project 3, Membership:
In collaboration with the National Centre Manager, work on a campaign to promote the benefits of membership and increase membership levels. This could include:
Creation of multimedia content for distribution on social media.
Organisation and support in running a series of membership focus groups.
Research into membership benefits run by other membership bodies.
Support in establishing a mentoring programme.
Targeting individual institutions who are currently. non-members to discuss benefits of joining with them.
Follow ups with lapsed members - why are they not renewed?
Project 4, Events and Annual Conference: for 2026
Related design work and promotion - see Social Media and Marketing above
Significant work on adding and maintaining content on the Annual Conference website
Create information packs for workshop leaders and sponsors/exhibitors to communicate key information for conference
Promote the Teachmeet and maximise engagement in it by promoting to delegates
Promote the conference amongst NATECLA’s partners - encourage them to distribute info on the event amongst their contacts
Creation of delegate feedback form
Analysis of results of delegate feedback form
We envisage the work being carried out online from a remote position and expect to pay an hourly rate of £23. We feel the projects are likely to take up the equivalent of two days a week. Please provide expression of interest for these services with a CV including relevant experience and preferred payment schedule and any applicable late fees.
