Learning and Skills Network evaluation of the assessment of ESOL learners' needs.

On behalf of the QIA Skills for Life Improvement Programme, the Learning and Skills Network is undertaking an evaluation of the assessment of ESOL learners’ needs, with a particular focus on Entry level.
The evaluation explores:
-current practice
-what is perceived to be effective practice
-the need for the development of new assessment tools and materials
LSN are undertaking a survey as part of this evaluation.
