NATECLA Scotland Autumn Conference 2018

Following the success of their inaugural conference in 2017,  NATECLA Scotland branch are excited to announce details of their second day conference - the only event of its kind for English language teachers in Scotland:


This practical workshop-lead event will allow delegates to attend 4 different sessions. Workshop themes will focus on pronunciation, assessment, literacies, ESOL volunteering, IT, refugees, ad trauma in the classroom.

11:00 - 11:15 - Morning break - tea and coffee

11:15 - 12:15 - WORKSHOP 3: ESOL and Technologies, Kenji Lamb / WORKSHOP 4: 10 principles of ESOL teaching, Emily Bryson

12:15 - 13:00 - Light lunch - soup and a sandwich

13:00 - 14:00 - WORKSHOP 5: ESOL literacy: Creating accessible resources for adult learners, Rosie Quinn / WORKSHOP 6: Testing the Test, Berenice Hunter
