What are these new ESOL Skills for Life qualifications?

The qualifications reflect the skills, knowledge and understanding in English needed by people who are living, working, and studying in England. They enable progression across the levels of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) from Entry to Levels 1 and 2.

Achievement of a Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life will be equivalent to any other qualification in English at the same NQF level including those designed primarily for native speakers of English.
